Africa CDC required stronger institutional information systems, documentation workflows, service operations, and a coherent MIS function to support continental public-health operations.

Role: Senior Systems and Technology Officer; Ag. MIS Division Team Lead (2023–2024); Software Development Team Lead.

Established MIS as an operational institutional function with expanded staffing and budget; delivered enterprise systems that automated approvals and registry processes, improved document accessibility, and strengthened operational support for Africa CDC units.
