    • Established and led the MIS function from concept to an operational unit with approved structure, staffing, and budget growth; recruited, mentored, and led technical staff across systems, database, and MIS roles.
    • Co-led technical design and implementation work for Africa CDC’s Continental Data Repository (CDR), including architecture, hosting, security, interoperability, and go-live readiness considerations.
    • Led migration of Africa CDC IT infrastructure from the African Union tenant to a standalone tenant, including Microsoft 365 services, virtual machines, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
    • Developed and implemented institutional IT and Information Security Policy frameworks, business continuity, and disaster recovery protocols for critical systems.
    • Oversaw production hosting environments and enterprise applications, including domain, SSL, DNS, monitoring, and operational support for continental platforms.
